A contemporary residential development shaped by tradition, this project reinterprets Cypriot architectural principles through a modern lens. At its core, a communal courtyard anchors the spatial experience, while layered volumes, natural materials, and climate-responsive design strategies create a balanced dialogue between heritage, sustainability, and everyday living.

We approached the design as a reinterpretation of local typologies, translating traditional forms, proportions, and materials into a contemporary residential framework.
