C+ Architects L.L.C is seeking a motivated Architectural Graduate to join our growing team in Larnaca as an Intern Architect under the ETEK Practical Training Scheme. Our firm specializes in large-scale, high-end projects including hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, airports, and residential complexes across Cyprus and abroad.

As part of our dynamic, design-driven environment, you will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team that integrates architecture, interior design, and advanced digital technologies (BIM) to deliver exceptional, sustainable design solutions, while completing the one-year supervised practical training required for ETEK registration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support senior architects across project stages, from concept to completion.
  • Produce architectural drawings, models, and documentation in ArchiCAD / Revit within our BIM standards.
  • Assist with building permit documentation and the Cyprus regulatory process.
  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and the design team on technical coordination.
  • Prepare visualisations and presentation material.
  • Attend site visits alongside senior architects to learn project delivery first-hand.
  • Maintain your ETEK practical training logbook through structured, supervised tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or professional diploma) in Architecture recognised for ETEK registration.
  • Eligibility and clear intent to enrol in the ETEK Practical Training Scheme.
  • Working knowledge of ArchiCAD and/or Revit (BIM exposure is a strong advantage).
  • A developing understanding of Cyprus building regulations and permit procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (Greek is an advantage for permit and client work).
  • Passion for innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven design.
