As an ECO-friendly project, Troy Residences & Spa
boasts a luscious internal garden area that is
carefully thought out and uniquely designed, for

In order to fully take advantage of this natural
environment, every apartment is fitted with a large
balcony boasting glass railings that offers dazzling,
panoramic views of the internal gardens. In this way,
