The design transforms an existing structure by layering new spatial elements, balconies, a penthouse, and a redefined facade, to create a fluid relationship between interior spaces and the Mediterranean landscape. A material palette of aluminium and wood balances precision with warmth, shaping a modern yet contextual living experience.
