Chiello Residential Complex

Chiello Residential Complex is designed as a contemporary residential retreat centered around a lush landscaped courtyard with water and greenery at its core. The architecture combines natural materials such as stone and timber to create a warm, refined environment, while residences are oriented to maximize light, privacy, and a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Layered planting, shaded walkways, and open terraces shape a calm, resort-like atmosphere.

In designing Chiello, our intention was to create a space that feels both private and connected. The courtyard became the heart of the project, an everyday oasis that residents engage with from all levels. By softening the architecture with natural materials and greenery, we aimed to create a balanced environment that is not only functional, but quietly enriching to live in.
